参考点和限位块的安装

INSTALLATION OF: REFERENCE MARKS, AND TRAVEL LIMITS

参考点磁励感应块和限位磁励感应块都带胶，可以很容易在把它们安在合适的位置。

The reference marks and travel limits come with a sticker forputting them in place.

把磁励参考点感应块对齐钢带上的参考点标记。每50mm一个参考点标记，。

Line up the magnetic reference mark with the optical reference mark (every 50 mm on the steel band).

* The reference marks may be positioned at will every 50 mm.

铝质参考点和限位块的安装

铝材质的参考点磁励感应块和限位磁励感应块有两种安装方式，一种是螺钉固定，一种是粘接固定。

铝材质的感应块是可选附件，需要单独订货。

辅助安装说明

使用L2/AL和SSD测试器来调整读数头与钢带的间隙至最佳状态。SSD的LED指示灯可以显示读数头是否处于最佳位置。L1/AL指示灯的显示，可以对电压进行测量，你也可以借助这项功能来进行调整。

NOTE FOR MOUNTING ASSISTANCE

To adjust the best gap of the band-head set, use pin L2/AL and the EXPOSED-TESTER. The LED’s of this device will indicate the best position of the reader head. You can also make this adjustment using a volt meter displaying the voltage at pin L1/AL.
